Why this film matters
A mystery depends on control of information. The viewer must understand a space and its inhabitants well enough for a clue—or a misleading reaction—to matter. That makes this a useful counterpoint to shorts built entirely around visual surprise.
AIF awarded the film Gold in 2026. The linked festival programme supplies named sound, music and writing credits.
